HYB SERIES PRESS BRAKE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

A: Auto Crown
​
-
Remove and clean auto crowning table and plates
-
Replace AC hydraulic hoses if worn
-
Clean AC1 and AC2 Servomotors and adjust limit switches
-
B: Backagauge
​ Remove covers clean and grease ballscrews and check for worn parts
Clean and grease all zerk fittings
​
Adjust ballscrews for wear
Check all belts for tension and wear and replace if necessary
Check all linear guides for wear
Make adjustments as needed
C: Hydraulics
​
Drain and clean tank and replace filters as needed
​
Remove HSOZ and HRV valves clean and replace if needed
Adjust all pressure as needed
​
D: TNC Control
​
Remove back cover and blow out dust
Clean inside as needed
Upgrade software to current version
​
Check all connections
​
E: Accuracy
​
Adjust all origins for accuracy as well as punch holders
(Customer must provide tooling and material.)

​NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST ORDER ALL PARTS AND HYDRAULIC FLUID PRIOR TO SERVICE TECHNICIAN'S ARRIVAL. BLOUNT'S PRESS BRAKE, INC. WILL SUPPLY A LIST OF ALL PARTS NEEDED FOR THIS SERVICE.

A: Backgauge
​
- Remove covers clean and grease ballscrews and check for worn parts
- Clean and grease all zerk fittings
- Adjust ballscrews for wear
- Check all belts for tension and wear and replace if necessary
- Check all linear guides for wear
- Make adjustments as needed
- B: TNT Control
- Remove back cover and blow out dust
- Clean inside as needed
- Upgrade software to current version
- Check all connections
- C: Ram
- Romove MSL & MSR covers clean drive units and grease
- Adjust belts as needed
- D: Accuracy
- Adjust all origins for accuracy as well as punch holders
- (Customer must provide tooling and material.)
